  • No. Screenings reset at the start of each membership year and do not carry over.

  • We let you know immediately and privately. Treatment can be done on the spot at your member discount rate. You will never be caught off guard — and you will never pay full price for treatment as a member.

  • Yes. Contact us anytime and we will adjust your plan at the next billing cycle. There is no fee to change plans.

  • All plans have a 6-month minimum term. After 6 months, you can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.
