Christine Kidwell

Christine has spent her 20 year career in Washington, DC, working in local and federal government, as an attorney, and in impact-focused roles at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and School of Foreign Service.
She combines her expertise in strategic operational planning, leadership development and stakeholder engagement to foster cross-functional team success. She cannot believe that she has traded suits for scrubs and started a lice removal business with her friend Allison but life is funny like that (and she wouldn’t have it any other way).
Christine holds a BA in English from Cornell University, a JD from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from Georgetown University. She is a recovering rower, aspiring surfer, avid reader and abstract artist. She lives in Chevy Chase DC, with her daughters Francis and Margot.
Allison Fitzsimmons
Co-Founder
Allison lives in Washington, DC with her husband, their two daughters, and their Irish Setter. She has called Washington home for the past 14 years and is deeply connected to the local parent community.
Allison holds a degree in Chemistry from Washington & Lee University and has always had a deep curiosity about science and how things work. She enjoys building new ideas from the ground up and bringing people together around them.
She is active in her daughters’ school community and currently serves on the HSA (PTA) board at Murch Elementary School. Outside of work, Allison loves running and staying active, exploring Washington with her family, and seeing the world through the eyes of her kids.
Yes, all four of our children have had lice and we are still amazing moms.
